Responsibilities

→Lead the migration to new technologies and enhance technology systems.
→Evaluate processing performance in terms of machine utilization and reliability.
→Forecast financial, physical, and human resource needs to achieve business objectives.
→Oversee and coordinate network/data operations and restoration plans.
→Implement alternative routes or systems to restore service in case of disruptions.
→Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior management staff.

#Ll-Onsite

→Accountable for IT department decisions and management.
→Report regularly to the Chief Information Officer or IT Chief Operating Officer.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 10 years of IT and business industry experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience managing large, cross-functional teams or projects.
Proficiency in areas such as network, database administration, computer operations, and production support.
Senior-level management experience in data center operations and management functions.
Strong ability to influence senior-level management and key stakeholders.
Proven track record in coaching and mentoring junior management staff.
