Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Serve as a bridge between strategy and Salesforce Health Cloud solution execution.
- →Interface with business representatives and vendors to understand business needs.
- →Develop complex technology solutions by mapping business to technical requirements.
- →Coordinate planning, organization, and direction of Salesforce modifications.
- →Investigate and recommend tools and applications to support business needs.
- →Oversee UI and workflow design based on business requirements.
- →Analyze and design solutions for multiple system interfaces and data integration.
- →Suggest and implement programs and initiatives for Salesforce Health Cloud.
- →Provide input on team activity prioritization and resource management.
- →Ensure compliance with architectural design standards and security protocols.
- →Render technical support on project implementation and provide mentoring.
- →Explain technical strategies to stakeholders and non-technical professionals.
- →Identify and mitigate business risks associated with solution architecture.
- →Develop project schedules and resource plans with Project Managers and Business Analysts.
- →Participate in Agile Project Management and Scrum activities.
- →Perform other duties as assigned and ensure regular attendance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation.
- 7+ years of general application development and support experience.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- 5 years of experience with Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices.
- 2 years of experience leading technical project teams.
- Experience with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, REST.
- Experience working in an agile environment using Jira or similar solutions.
- Experience defining and implementing technical solutions for customer objectives.
- Experience applying multiple solutions to business problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Advanced Technical degree.
- 10+ years of relevant IT experience in software development or application implementation/support.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
- Experience with Omnistudio.
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Technical experience in a government contract systems environment.
