Night Auditor

**Job Summary:**
Join the team at Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa as a Part-Time Night Auditor working from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM. As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to guests during overnight hours and maintaining the accuracy of the resort's daily financial operations.

**Responsibilities:**
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer questions and provide information about the resort and local attractions
- Process reservations and guest payments
- Maintain accurate guest accounts
- Post room, dining, and other charges
- Balance daily revenue and resolve discrepancies
- Complete end-of-day audit procedures
- Prepare daily financial reports for department leaders
- Ensure smooth and secure overnight resort operations

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service, hospitality, front desk, or cash-handling experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be proficient with retail point-of-sale systems

**Physical Requirements:**
This position requires standing, walking, reaching, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds.
