Parts Associate

• →Provides support to both Parts Manager and Distributor Sales Team for current and new customers & vendors including, but not limited to, ordering parts, tracking orders, resolving order discrepancies, fielding customer calls, and assisting with company’s e-commerce website.
• →Partners cross-functionally with Operations, Business Development and Accounting to support customer and vendor needs.
• →Assists Parts Manager with monthly cycle counts and inventory control measures.
• →Assists Warehouse Associate with packing and preparing orders for shipping, and to ensure inventory is in-stock.

Minimum of 2 years’ general office and warehouse experience; proficient in MS Office – specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks or other ERP system is helpful; must possess the ability to learn new software/systems easily; must have good time management and prioritization skills, solid customer service skills; possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and be able to lift/move 50 lbs.
