You'll be one of our founding growth team members: the one who finds the channels no one else has cracked, and scales whatever works. You'll own the strategy and make it real, working hand in hand with product to shape what we ship and with industry partners to open doors no ad account can. As we push toward hundreds of millions of users, you have one goal: help us 3× in the next 3 months.
Uncover opportunities: Find novel distribution hacks that no playbook covers. Community empowerment, innovative partnerships, automated advertising, viral content engines. You'll explore it all.
From 0 → 1 to 1 → ∞: Scale, automate, and optimize every channel. When you find a strategy that works, you'll turn it into our next 2× growth engine. And you'll know it works because the payback math says so.
Own the customer journey: Understand where users drop off, form a hypothesis for why, and run the test that fixes it. The instinct to break a messy funnel into its first principles matters more here than years of experience.
Know what actually drove it: You'll live in our analytics stack and own the answer to "what's really working," even when the channels are messy and cross-domain. Scale what drives growth, not what just got credit.
Work at the cutting edge: Use the latest AI tools to generate creatives, automate workflows, and increase your leverage. You'll have the autonomy to move fast and own outcomes.
A track record from somewhere or something that sharpens people fast: growth at a startup, consulting, finance, or wherever you learned to reason and deliver under pressure. We care about what you've actually done, not how long you've been doing it.
The ability to get shit done end-to-end. From understanding users and proposing ideas to building scrappy implementations and scaling them into repeatable processes.
A combination of creativity and an obsession with numbers. We love charts that go up and to the right, and you will too.
A hunger to win. This won't be easy, and no one has done it before.
What We Offer

The range listed for this role is total comp: cash plus equity combined, with superannuation paid on top.
We re-evaluate compensation every 6 months. Bonuses are backward-looking; raises are forward-looking.
