Responsibilities

  • The Program Manager manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities/coordinated resolutions to production related problems.  
  • Ensures alignment with NSS/NDS for peer competition, incorporating stakeholder validated China Crisis priorities.
  • Possesses an intelligence planning background that allows for effective planning of intelligence support across a spectrum of intelligence activities.
  • Maintains a weekly matrix of all available resources and contingency factors that may drive staffing requirements.
  • Coordinates a planning team that tracks intelligence requirement drivers, ensuring both the foreseen needs and potential staffing solutions.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. 
  • Possesses an intelligence planning background that allows for effective planning of intelligence support across the spectrum of intelligence activities. 
  • TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
