Responsibilities
~1 min readYou will ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP, executing SEC reporting activities during quarter-end and year-end closes and preparing disclosures and footnotes for external filings. You will partner with Technical Accounting, Legal, FP&A, various accounting and finance teams across the org, as well as our External Auditors to ensure financial statements are reported accurately, in compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements, and aligned with operational and financial goals. In this role, you will need to be detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment that balances technical accounting with operational execution.

This position provides the opportunity to gain exposure to external reporting, technical accounting research, audits, and system improvements in a high-growth environment.
- Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A sections in compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations
- Review supporting documentation and prepare the tie-out of the financial statements and footnotes
- Assist with equity and stock-based compensation accounting, including share-based taward calculations under ASC 718 and equity rollforward schedules
- Prepare GAAP disclosure checklists to ensure compliance with accounting and SEC guidelines and completeness of financial statements
- Research technical accounting matters and assist in documenting accounting positions for complex or non-routine transactions under US GAAP and SEC guidance
- Partner with FP&A and investor relations to provide input for earnings releases
- Support external auditors’ work on annual audits and quarterly reviews
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting packages for management to support strategic decision-making and investor relations
- Assist in maintaining SOX 404 controls and other internal controls related to financial reporting and disclosure
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA is required
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, including public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience at a public company
- Demonstrated ability to research and apply US GAAP and SEC regulations to complex accounting matters
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced reporting environment
- Experience collaborating with auditors, legal counsel, team members, and cross-functional departments
Nice to Have
~1 min read- NetSuite and Workiva (or similar SEC reporting tool) experience
- Experience in a high-growth or pre/post-IPO environment
- SEC reporting experience with a publicly traded company in the SaaS/AI-related industry is highly desirable
- You love to dive into the details of financial reporting and get satisfaction from filing a clean, accurate 10-Q or 10-K.
- Proficient in US GAAP and SEC regulations, with passion to translate complex accounting positions into clear, compliant financial disclosures

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $130,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
