Operational Manager - Out of Hours and Reablement Operations

Role Purpose: 

What you'll be doing

About you: 

Qualifications & experience essential criteria

Experience preferable of supervising or supporting staff withing a health and social care setting.

Experience of rota planning and workforce co-ordination

Experience of supporting recruitment and the induction process

Experience in maintaining records and producing reports.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Competent in Microsoft Office and workforce management systems/scheduling. 

Qualifications & experience desirable criteria: 

• Management qualification or recognised leadership qualification.

• Relevant health or social care qualification.

• Experience of operating Out of Hours services.

• Experience using workforce scheduling systems such as Total Mobile.

• Experience working with commissioners and partner organisations.

• Knowledge of hospital discharge pathways and community services.
