Responsibilities

  • →Manage Credentialing process for providers, including applications, renewals, collaborative practice agreements, NPDB Reports, DEA, Certificate of Authenticity and all other relevant documentation.
  • →Track and maintain valid licenses/credentials to ensure compliance with all application federal, state and local agencies; audits credentials regularly.
  • →Manage CPA compliance and documentation per state-specific regulations.
  • →Maintain facility compliance with required legal postings.
  • Work collaboratively with Human Resources Director and Chief Legal Officer in gathering and retaining employee records, including working with external partners on data/document collection.
  • Interpret, communicate and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, E-Verify; Offboarding, including separations notices and other relevant documentation
  • Lead new hire orientation, including time management for new employees.
  • Assist with Performance Management, evaluations, merit increases, & development plans.
  • Use of HRIS to maintain accurate employee records, updating job codes, employee compensation, status changes and other system-related configurations.
  • Assist with maintaining/updating corporate policies, procedures, employee handbook & job descriptions
  • Support employee engagement and activities to foster a positive culture.
  • Manage (facility expense cards), including issuance, funding, deactivation, and receipt tracking.
  • Oversee FedEx and Pitney Bowes accounts, including billing, usage, supply orders
  • Reconcile American Express and FedEx CHERPS reports for accurate financial reporting.
  • Process business card orders and support administrative purchasing as needed.
  • Generate and distribute facility reports, including staffing, petty cash transactions and invoicing.
  • Assist in booking provider travel and conference participation (e.g., NCCHC).
  • Support inquiries related to benefits, compensation, workers’ comp, & employment verification
  • Provide support for various HR administrative duties, and special projects as assigned.
  • Minimum three years of progressive human resources and administrative experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and prior experience with an HRIS.
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to communicate (oral and written) with all levels of leadership
