Responsibilities

→Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across time zones
→Organize and prioritize executive inbox communications
→Draft professional emails, reports, and documentation
→Track deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups for leadership
→Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items
→Maintain organized digital filing and documentation systems
→Support cross-functional communication and operational coordination
→Conduct research and compile information for executive decision-making
→Use AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to assist with drafting, summarizing, and workflow organization

Requirements
