AI Coach: AI Augmented Engineering

We work with Fortune 500 enterprises, federal and state government agencies, and leading employers to close skills gaps in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and operations leadership. Our programs produce job-ready graduates who are prepared to contribute from day one.

• →Review learners' AI-assisted code, specs, and governance artifacts — give constructive, specific feedback
• →Catch where learners are stuck or falling behind and intervene early
• →Run virtual office hours for Q&A and hands-on help
• →Evaluate not just "does the code work" but "did the engineer use AI well" — judgment, not just output

• Working full-stack software engineer who uses AI coding tools in their daily workflow — specifically tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor for tasks like code generation, refactoring, debugging, or test writing (not just autocomplete suggestions)
• Comfortable reviewing someone else's code and giving clear, constructive feedback in a way that's specific and actionable, not just "looks good" or "needs work"
• Reliable and responsive over 12 weeks — consistency matters more than brilliance
• Familiar enough with AI-assisted development to evaluate how engineers work with AI, not just what they produce

• Mentoring, code review, or bootcamp TA experience
• Experience in a regulated or enterprise environment
• Familiarity with spec-driven development or governance artifacts

• Remote, ~5-10 hrs/week
• Available during US Pacific time business hours
• ~12 weeks starting approximately October 2026
