Order Management Specialist- Chinese

Job Title: Order Management Specialist- Chinese Location: Hyderabad Primary Function: * Expertise in SAP Order Management Transactions & Documentation * Understanding of Order Management process and involve in resolving issues Brief Job Description: * Understands the order to cash process as well as the systems and processes that support it. * Process standard and some complex sales orders requiring deep process and system knowledge, escalates issues as required * Develops expertise to undertake transactional process steps in assigned process specialist roles. * Help facilitate, analyze and resolve (i.e., troubleshoot) customer issues. * Work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, email, social media and other forms of communication to address the needs of our customers * Process customer order with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy while taking accountability for the transactions. * Participates in team development activities including on the job trainings. * Supports implementation of continuous improvement projects. Education & Other Skills * Bachelor’s/Masters Degree (preferably in Chinese ) * 5-7 years of work experience in Domestic & International Order Management or any other relevant business-related experience in Chinese language * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin * Good Commercial & SAP knowledge in OTC module * MS Skills * Ability to build relationships with clients, consumers and coworkers in a diverse culture. * Strong desire and passion to help people * Accuracy & Speed
