Warehouse Manager - Nicosia (Dali)

We are currently seeking for an effective Warehouse Manager in Nicosia (Dali) to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. In this role you will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

• →Developing and implementing strategic plans for optimizing DC operations. 
• →Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. 
• →Leading and mentoring warehouse supervisors and associates. 
• →Fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. 
• →Overseeing inventory processes to ensure accuracy and conducting regular audits. 
• →Coordinating with logistics teams for efficient order processing. 
• →Monitoring and optimizing workflows to meet service agreements. 
• →Enforcing safety protocols through regular inspections and audits. 
• →Tracking KPIs like order accuracy and productivity metrics. 
• →Analyzing data to address operational challenges effectively. 
• →Collaborating with other departments to align objectives. 
• →Communicating effectively to drive continuous improvement initiatives. 

• 2-3 years proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration (will be considered as an asset)
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with (WMS) warehouse management software
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
