Contracts Specialist II

Position Summary

The Contracts Specialist II supports Cotton Holdings and its family of companies by managing contract development, negotiation, and administration across a range of business operations. This position requires experience in drafting and reviewing agreements, identifying contractual risk, and collaborating with project teams to ensure contracts align with operational needs. The role supports business growth by protecting company interests, maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and ensuring consistent contract processes.
