The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior and executive leadership, operational leaders, and managers across multiple locations and field operations. This position provides hands-on HR leadership and guidance across the full employee lifecycle while ensuring HR strategies, polices and practice align with business objectives and operational needs.
The Sr. HRBP works closely with the Vice President of Human Resources and cross-functional partners to design and deliver value-added HR solutions that support both people and business objectives. This position is based at the Holdings office, facilitating strong collaboration with executive and operational leadership.
