Business Development Center Representative
Full-Time | Commission + Bonuses | $55,000–$75,000 Annual Income Potential
Position Summary
Are you driven, outgoing, and love talking to people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment where every conversation matters? As a BDC Sales Representative, you'll be the spark that turns customer interest into showroom visits. You'll connect with potential buyers through calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries, building excitement, creating relationships, and setting appointments that fuel our sales success. What You'll Do:
You'll be responsible for contacting customers via phone, email, and text to set appointments for our sales team, including:

Internet inquiries

Incoming phone leads ("Phone Ups")

Customers who recently visited the dealership

Follow-up on previous leads
