Role Overview: 

We are looking for enthusiastic 2026 graduates/ final semester students eager to jumpstart their careers If you want to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world tech by building web applications powered by massive data and Generative AI, this internship is for you!

Key Responsibilities 

• Learn & Build Web Apps: Work alongside senior mentors to design, code, and test features for internal tools or customer-facing applications. 
• Implement Gen-AI Features: Prototype and integrate smart, AI-driven capabilities into applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering. 
• Handle Real-World Data: Assist in writing scripts to clean, process, and structure large datasets that fuel our web applications and AI experiments. 
• Collaborate & Brainstorm: Participate in team agile meetings, brainstorm ideas, and present your internship project to tech leadership. 
• Write Clean Code: Focus on writing readable, well-documented code while learning industry best practices for unit testing and code reviews. 

Required Skills 

• Education: Currently pursuing a B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related stream (AI/ML, Cyber Security etc.) (No prior full-time corporate experience required). 
• Programming Basics: Solid coding foundations in one of modern programming languages e.g. Python, Java, GO etc. along with familiarity with JavaScript/HTML/CSS. 
• Academic CS Foundations: A strong grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. 
• Database Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of writing SQL queries and understanding how databases work. 
• Eagerness to Learn: A strong curiosity for exploring new tech stacks and an ability to pick up new frameworks quickly. 

Preferred Skills 

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. 
• Knowledge of Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar AI/ML frameworks. 
• Exposure to MLOps and deployment of ML models in production. 

Eligibility 

• Gen-AI Curiosity: Academic projects, hackathon experience, or self-learning modules involving OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or building simple chatbots. 
• Modern Web Frameworks: Basic hands-on experience with frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js, or backend frameworks like Django/FastAPI. 
• Developer Tools: Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control and an understanding of what Docker or Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) do. 
• Project Portfolio: A GitHub profile showcasing personal mini-projects, coding challenges, or open-source contributions.

Type of Work Model: 

• Hybrid - Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees. Employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, depending on the role requirement. Some businesses may require more time in office due to nature of work.
