Sr. Staff Engineer, Rocket Growth

• →Drive the highest quality of architecture and design of the system.
• →Draw a roadmaps and vision for the scalable and robust growth of the product
• →Collaborate with other engineering teams to make the platform open and extensible to unlock innumerable opportunities for innovations.
• →Align with stakeholders and lead engineers on mission critical projects.
• →Decompose complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions.
• →Leverage knowledge of internal and industry best practices in design.
• →Deep-dive and handle critical system issues.  

• Bachelor's degree and/or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience working on software design and development in Java, Python.
• Proven track record of designing and building large-scale distributed systems in the Supply Chain space.
• Large system architecture design and development experience.
• Experience with cloud computing with AWS.
• Experience of developing container-based testing environment.
• Experience with Java / IntelliJ / Spring environment.

• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Domain
• Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem (compute, storage, distributed services)
• Mentor & junior engineers and influence team architecture
• Excellent Communication Skills
