Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Senior Operations Admin is responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day operational activities across assigned Cove properties. This role ensures that operational processes, administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and vendors are handled efficiently and in line with Cove’s standards.
The role supports daily property operations, monitors operational requests and follow-ups, maintains accurate records and reports, coordinates with on-site teams and vendors, and helps ensure that operational activities are completed according to company SOPs and requirements. The Senior Operations Admin may also support pre-opening activities, and operational projects, including coordinating the procurement and purchasing of operational supplies, equipment, and other property requirements to ensure new or existing properties are ready for operation.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations administration, property operations, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Experience in hotels, serviced apartments, villas, co-living, property management, or other operational environments is an advantage.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and other external parties.
- Familiar with purchasing/procurement processes, including sourcing quotations, coordinating orders, and monitoring deliveries.
- Able to prepare and maintain reports, checklists, trackers, documentation, and other operational records.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify and follow up on operational issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and across different teams.
- Proactive, reliable, organized, and able to follow through on tasks within deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on operational environment.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
