What We Offer
~1 min readHourly base pay rate is $20.10 - $30.10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
The Marketing Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating the production and implementation of marketing plans/campaigns for the assigned location. Works with Marketing Manager and Field Marketing Director to ensure marketing efforts align with both corporate and location goals.
Responsibilities

The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years experience in marketing/customer service.
- →Excellent communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills required.
- →Effective organizational skills required.
- →Knowledge of MS Office products and layout/design software such as Adobe Illustrator and/or Salesforce. Strong computer skills and fundamental graphic arts knowledge is essential.
- →Experience utilizing AI tools.
- →Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment; ability to work under pressure with time constraints; ability to work effectively in a constantly changing work environment.
- →Physical demands: Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity. Vision abilities required include close, distance, color and depth perception. Working in an office environment requires medium strength and incumbent must have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Stooping, bending, twisting, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, walking and reaching may be required for the completion of job duties. Position requires a valid driver’s license and other duties may be required as assigned by management, which may include the ability to drive vehicles outside or through an auction sale with standard and automatic transmission vehicles where high noise levels may be generated.
- →Work environment: Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions as well as noise, dust, and fumes in auction lanes.
