Act as primary resource for Human Resources in supporting CoxHealth HRIS systems and the primary liaison between the IS and HR departments as well as other department and vendors. Works with the business area and/or project teams to assess needs for the various business functions, translate business functional requirements into technical specifications and recommends appropriate scope of requirements.Education: ▪ Required: Bachelors in a Related Field ▪ Preferred: Masters of Business Administration Experience: ▪ 1-2 Years Related Experience Skills: ▪ Strong analytical/problem solving skills. ▪ Knowledge of current information technology and an ability to lead project teams to accomplish automation projects of large size and complexity. ▪ Proficient in all Microsoft programs; high level proficiency in Excel. ▪ Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management. ▪ Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.
