Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrated programme delivery roadmaps. Coordinate multiple concurrent business, operational and technology workstreams. Drive the end-to-end implementation of new insurance products and enabling capabilities. Facilitate requirements workshops and solution discussions where required. Translate strategic objectives into executable business and technology deliverables. Coordinate technology development, integration, testing and business readiness activities. Manage programme governance, RAID logs, reporting and steering committee updates. Build strong relationships across internal business units, strategic partners and third-party providers. Influence delivery across organisations without direct line authority. Apply Agile principles pragmatically while adapting to stakeholder maturity. Essential Experience 8–10+ years’ experience delivering complex business and technology programmes or projects. Demonstrated experience delivering New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. Strong programme and project delivery capability. Strong Business Analysis capability, including requirements gathering and process analysis. Ability to translate business strategy into executable delivery roadmaps. Experience facilitating workshops and driving solution alignment. Technology delivery and systems integration experience. Experience coordinating outsourced providers and multi-stakeholder delivery environments. Strong governance, planning and executive reporting capability. Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments. Highly Desirable Experience within the insurance industry, particularly Life and/or Short-Term Insurance. Financial Services experience. Experience delivering customer-facing product implementation programmes. Experience working in regulated industries. Experience working across complex enterprise environments and ecosystems. Qualifications Relevant degree in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, Engineering or a similar field. PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management qualification. Agile certification, such as Scrum, SAFe, AgilePM or equivalent, would be advantageous.
