Senior SAP Functional Analyst (Retail)

SAP Retail Functional Analyst Minimum :Retail MM, SD, Pricing and Promotions, Master data , etc... Secondary: CCS (Settlement Management, Condition Contractor) What you will do Analyse complex business requirements across SAP Retail MM, SD, Pricing and Promotions and translate them into fit-for-purpose functional solutions. Configure, test and support SAP Retail processes, including pricing, promotions, billing, order management, inventory and related integration points. Lead gap analysis, functional design, specification writing and solution validation with business stakeholders, developers, vendors and cross-functional teams. Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, defect management and continuous improvement of retail systems and processes. Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing, go-live support and post-implementation stabilisation activities. Provide technical and functional guidance to Functional Analysts and business users, helping the team deliver quality outcomes. Work in an agile delivery environment, managing priorities, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations. What we are looking for A relevant 3-year IT qualification or equivalent experience. 6+ years’ experience as a Functional Analyst, SAP Functional Consultant or similar role in a retail technology environment. Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Retail, specifically MM, SD, Pricing and Promotions. Experience with functional analysis, system configuration, functional specifications, testing and production support. Good understanding of retail processes, including stock movement, ordering, billing, pricing, promotions and integration with store or supply chain processes. Experience working with business stakeholders, developers, vendors and support teams. Knowledge of Jira, incident management, software development lifecycle and agile ways of working will be advantageous.
