Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple IT disciplines. Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search techniques. Source active candidates through OfferZen, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent communities. Manage recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and reporting using Zoho Recruit (ATS). Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and business hiring requirements. Screen, interview, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates. Negotiate offers and manage the offer process through successful placement. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients. Stay informed on technology trends, market intelligence, and salary benchmarking within the South African IT market. Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in IT or Technical Recruitment. Previous experience recruiting software developers, cloud engineers, infrastructure specialists, DevOps engineers, data professionals, business analysts, QA/Test Analysts, or related technology roles. Experience recruiting within an IT consulting or contracting environment will be highly advantageous. Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience sourcing active candidates through OfferZen and other technology recruitment platforms. Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Zoho Recruit. Strong pipeline management, talent mapping, and candidate relationship management skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and organisational skills. Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced recruitment environment. Based in Johannesburg and available to work in a hybrid model.
