About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the business. This role is primarily administrative, with a strong focus on employee onboarding, contract administration, and maintaining accurate employee records. Key Responsibilities · Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all required documentation is completed and filed. · Prepare, issue, and manage employment contracts, including renewals and amendments. · Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation is kept up to date. · Liaise with employees regarding administrative queries and employment documentation. · Collect and process employee tax receipts and supporting documentation, forwarding information to the Payroll team where appropriate. · Monitor contract expiry dates and ensure timely renewals. · Coordinate administrative processes related to employee lifecycle events. · Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records. · Support the HR and Operations teams with general administrative duties as required. · Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and applicable regulations. Requirements · Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. · Experience in HR administration or employment contract administration would be advantageous. · Ability to read and understand employment contracts and related documentation. · Excellent organisational and task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. · Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Professional and approachable with strong client and employee relationship skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). · Ability to work independently while managing competing deadlines.
