Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and engineering of utility-scale solar systems, ensuring technical and functional specifications are met. Utilize advanced simulation software, such as Helioscope, to optimize designs and energy production. Manage the entire lifecycle of solar projects from conception through commissioning, including troubleshooting and technical support post-commissioning. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards during project design and implementation. Skills and Proficiencies: Expertise in solar design software, particularly Helioscope. Proven track record in the commissioning of solar projects. Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to drive team success. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
