Crafty’s mission is to help companies craft better workplaces by providing the services and technology to deliver a modern, comprehensive food & beverage program for their employees, no matter where they work.  After operating with a vertically integrated supply chain (i.e., directly fulfilling orders from Crafty-operated distribution centers) in Chicago and the Bay Area, our team launched a third party fulfillment model that has rapidly scaled our coverage into over 25 markets globally, in just a year’s time.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Goal #1 — Controllable Client Retention: The Senior Food & Beverage Associate will maintain 100% controllable client retention across their assigned site(s) (excluding uncontrollable churn), for at least 9 consecutive months, as measured by monthly retention reporting.
  • Goal #2 — Site Ownership: The Senior Food & Beverage Associate will complete daily task lists with an average of 95% shift success week over week, as measured via Tableau on a monthly basis, to ensure operational excellence.
  • Goal #3 — Client Quality & Escalation Management: The Senior Food & Beverage Associate will complete QC checks bi-weekly and maintain ≤1 escalation ticket per month, as tracked in HubSpot and reviewed monthly.

Our compensation amount for this role is $28 an hour.  Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including cost of living based on location, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
