Affiliate Admin (Welcome Fresh Grad)

About the role:

As an Affiliate Admin, you will support the day-to-day operations of our affiliate team, ensuring smooth communication with creators and affiliates, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination of product sample deliveries. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in learning about e-commerce, creator partnerships, and TikTok Shop operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage creator and affiliate inquiries across CREA's communication channels.
• Collect and track creator payment documents and video posting evidence.
• Coordinate product sample deliveries, liaise with creators and logistics providers, and monitor shipment status.
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support for affiliate operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Experience working with creators and handling content-related tasks.
• English proficiency is preferred.
