Livestreaming and Video Producer

Job Overview:

Oversee end-to-end livestream production — from stage, lighting, camera, and audio setup, ensuring a seamless viewer experience. Host interactive live sessions that captivate audiences and effectively drive sales performance. Work closely with the team to refine production processes and elevate both content quality and overall livestream impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end LIVE setup: Cameras, lighting, audio, and streaming configuration for every session 

• Production expertise: Determine the right camera setup (single vs multi-cam), angles, and switching based on product and format 

• Lighting mastery: Execute lighting that enhances product visibility, texture, and overall on-screen quality 

• Category adaptability: Adjust setups across Fashion, Beauty, FMCG, and Electronics to best showcase each product 

• Live execution: Ensure smooth, uninterrupted livestreams with zero technical compromise 

• Set quality: Maintain clean, premium, and on-brand visual environments 

• Problem solving: Troubleshoot issues in real time without disrupting LIVE 

• Continuous improvement: Test and refine setups to improve engagement, watch time, and conversion 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Film, or Multimedia.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Flexible working hours, including shift work, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
• Experience using OBS or other live streaming software will be an advantage.
• Highly responsible, proactive, able to work under pressure, and capable of solving problems effectively.
