As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will own the delivery of technology initiatives across CREA from internal platform projects to client-facing brand integrations. You will sit at the intersection of tech, commercial and operations, partnering with the Head of Tech and our engineering team to keep projects on track, risks managed, and stakeholders aligned.
You will also manage vendor relationships and contribute to technology cost tracking.
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery - own end-to-end project plans for technology initiatives; facilitate kick-offs, sprints, and retrospectives; keep everyone honest on scope and timeline.
- Stakeholder alignment - work closely with the CEO and Head of Tech to maintain roadmap priority, present project status clearly.
- Client project coordination - partner with BD and Key Account Managers to scope and quote new brand integration projects; translate technical requirements into business language.
- Vendor & cost management - own relationships with technology vendors (hosting, SaaS, monitoring tools); track and report technology spend including licenses and third-party services.
- Risk & escalation - identify delivery risks early, propose mitigations, and escalate where needed across commercial or technology functions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in software, e-commerce or digital product environments.
- Strong people management instincts, you lead through influence, not hierarchy, and you know how to get buy-in across functions.
- Solid technical fluency and comfortable in conversations about APIs, cloud infrastructure, and web architecture, even if you're not writing code.
- Good written and verbal communication in English; able to present confidently to senior leadership.
- Experience managing SaaS or cloud vendor contracts and tracking technology costs.
