Production Associate

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

• Set-up & test units per procedures using correct equipment
• Use of non-automated equipment when necessary (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.)
• Identification of proper equipment to be used
• Properly fill out production documentation
• Notify Test Technician of non-conforming units or test fixtures
• Identify electronic components (polarity, incorrect part, etc.)
• Rotate to different work stations & different cells as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school education or equivalent
• Experience testing PCBs preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability to read & understand test procedures
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Computer skills required
• Works well in team environment
• IPC certification preferred but not required

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Physical Demands

• Lifting up to 25 lbs

Working Conditions

• This position works out on the manufacturing floor with exposure to moving equipment.  Will be required to wear safety clothing and gears while working.
