Executive Housekeeper

The Executive Housekeeper will oversee all aspects of Housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet luxury cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.

This hands-on leader will be responsible for building the department from the ground up, including recruiting and developing the team, establishing SOPs and training programs, managing staffing and productivity, controlling labor and inventory costs, and creating a culture of accountability and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has proven Housekeeping leadership experience in a luxury or full-service hotel and understands both the business and operational sides of Housekeeping. Strong financial acumen, team-building skills, attention to detail, and experience operating to Forbes Recommended/Four-Star Standards are essential.
