Senior Marketing Manager – Ancillary & Activations

Phoenix, Arizona

Discover a new era of desert luxury at The Peak Phoenix, a Hilton Resort, newly reimagined following a $100 million transformation. This AAA Four Diamond resort invites guests to experience beautifully redesigned all-suite accommodations, a brand-new spa, an exclusive adults-only pool, and a sprawling waterpark. With an exciting new restaurant coming soon, The Peak offers an elevated escape where relaxation, recreation, and unforgettable experiences come together in the heart of Phoenix.

The Senior Marketing Manager – Ancillary & Activations is responsible for developing and executing innovative, revenue-driven marketing strategies that elevate awareness, visibility, and profitability across The Peak Phoenix’s ancillary experiences, including spa, food and beverage outlets, waterpark, and resort programming.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a marketer who thrives in a fast-moving hospitality environment, loves F&B as much as rooms, and brings both creative instincts and data-driven discipline to every campaign.

The Senior Marketing Manager – Ancillary & Activations will lead strategic marketing campaigns, experiential activations, local partnerships, and promotional initiatives designed to attract resort guests and local audiences, increase engagement, and drive incremental revenue. Working collaboratively with resort operations, sales, revenue management, and external partners, this position will create compelling experiences that strengthen the resort’s market positioning and establish The Peak as a premier destination for dining, wellness, recreation, and entertainment.

  • Lead marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution for all F&B outlets: The Living Room, The Peak Canteen, The Peak Pool Bar, The Pantry and the highly anticipated opening of Emberance.
  • Develop and execute integrated launch campaigns for Emberance, building pre-opening buzz, waitlist strategies, and press-worthy grand opening moments.
  • Create and manage seasonal promotions, happy hour campaigns, special events, and programming activations that drive local traffic and repeat visits.
  • Build a loyal local following through targeted outreach, influencer partnerships, community events, and neighborhood-level storytelling.
  • Collaborate with outlet managers, promoters and chefs to develop compelling content around menu launches, chef specials, and seasonal ingredients.
  • Oversee reservation-driving initiatives across platforms (OpenTable, Resy, etc.) and coordinate with operations to maximize covers during key dayparts.
  • Collaborate with hotel marketing partner to develop collateral—menus, table tents, digital assets, promotional signage—that reflects each outlet's brand identity and energy.
  • Oversee the design, launch and maintenance of the outlet websites
  • Promote activations and campaigns through promotion text and email messaging
  • Build local neighborhood relationships to promote spa and fitness center memberships with nearby rental complexes
  • Source new, innovative ways to capture more memberships within the local communities

  • Develop and manage social media strategies for the outlet accounts across Instagram, Facebook and emerging platforms as needed.
  • Review monthly content calendars that reflect seasonal programming, outlet promotions, hotel packages, and community events.
  • Produce or oversee production of professional, on-brand content—photography, video, Reels, Stories—that captures the energy of the property and its outlets.
  • Build and manage relationships with local influencers, content creators, and lifestyle tastemakers to amplify reach and credibility.
  • Monitor engagement and manage online community across all platforms with a voice that matches each brand.
  • Create social campaigns to promote offers and promotions based on various demographic groups

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for both food and beverage and spa audiences—including newsletters, promotional blasts, event invitations, and post-stay communications.
  • Develop campaign timelines, content, targeting parameters, and post-send reporting.
  • Coordinate outlet-level email programs—including happy hour drives, event invitations, and new menu launches.

  • Work closely with hotel marketing and corporate marketing to ensure brand consistency of marketing collateral across outlet brands—including print menus, digital assets, signage, promotional materials, and presentation decks to meet brand guidelines.
  • Identify PR-worthy programming, packages, and activations; coordinate media visits and press opportunities in partnership with PR resources.
  • Coordinate photography and videography shoots for F&B and spa outlets, ancillary events, and seasonal campaigns; ensure assets are properly archived and distributed.

  • Track and report on KPIs across all marketing channels—website traffic, email performance, social engagement, paid media ROI and outlet reservation volume.
  • Work closely with hotel and corporate marketing partners to review performance, brainstorm and plan
  • Translate data into actionable insights; present regular performance updates to the DOSM, General Manager, and ownership.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget in collaboration with Crescent Corporate Marketing, ensuring strategic allocation across channels and adherence to financial guidelines.
