We’re seeking a sharp, business-minded Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the revenue to cash processes in a high-growth, cutting-edge AI company. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and HR to support and scale our accounting function.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Execute period-end close activities, including the preparation of journal entries, reconciliations and other relevant working papers
- →Manage vendor bills to ensure they are accounted, reviewed and paid for in accordance with relevant policies
- →Manage Accounts Receivable and collections effort, partnering with our Sales team
- →Manage and review expense reports for our employees
- →Assist payroll processing for the company and overseas subsidiaries
- →Support cross-functional teams to optimize operating activities and facilitate strong information flow
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business
- 1 year or less of relevant work experience in accounting or auditing
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of general accounting principles
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to be an effective individual contributor by planning, executing and delivering projects in a timely manner
