We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Vice President of Revenue Strategy to lead a team of regional revenue professionals and drive topline revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of approximately forty hotels. This role plays a key leadership function in shaping and executing commercial strategy, strengthening owner relationships, and advancing Crestline’s broader revenue vision.
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of branded and independent hotels across multiple geographies and market segments.
- Lead and develop a team of Regional Revenue Strategy professionals, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Direct implementation of pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies to optimize revenue, profitability, and market share performance.
- Partner closely with ownership groups to align revenue strategy with asset objectives, delivering tailored insights and recommendations.
- Represent Crestline’s revenue strategy function in cross-functional discussions, brand meetings, and owner presentations.
- Ensure consistent execution of strategic initiatives, including budget planning, forecasting, demand management, and performance evaluation.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert for brand systems, evolving commercial strategies, and emerging trends in the revenue discipline.
- Collaborate with sales, eCommerce, digital marketing, and operations teams to ensure holistic commercial alignment.
- Facilitate regular strategy meetings with hotel teams and stakeholders to review performance and set actionable objectives.
- Identify and act upon training and development needs within the revenue strategy team.
- Contribute to the advancement of Crestline’s tools, processes, and best practices to support scalability and innovation.
- Participate in corporate initiatives, brand programs, and strategic planning efforts as needed.
- Attend industry events, brand conferences, and ownership summits to represent Crestline’s revenue expertise.
- Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by the Senior Vice President of Revenue Strategy.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive hotel revenue management experience overseeing strategy for multiple brands or a combination of branded and independent properties.
- Proven success leading high-performing teams and driving measurable revenue and market share results.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions and communicate effectively with owners, executives, and team members.
- Proficiency with major brand systems (e.g., One Yield, Hilton GRO, PRO, G3, etc.) and 3rd party revenue tools (e.g., STR, Lighthouse, Rate360, Kalibri, etc.).
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for property visits, meetings, and events.
