Responsibilities

→Manage day-to-day execution of assigned task orders.
→Develop project plans, schedules, staffing plans, and performance reports.
→Monitor service level agreements and contract requirements.
→Manage document processing and lifecycle records management activities.
→Coordinate resources and resolve operational issues.
→Interface with FDA CORs, technical staff, and stakeholders.
→Oversee records inventories, file plans, and records disposition activities.

Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Records Information Management-related field

Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of records management project experience
- Experience managing regulatory document processing operations

Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and lifecycle records management

Position Pay Range

$165,000—$190,000 USD
