Your Role
As an Office Administrator, you will:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
- Support HR and administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to a positive, organized, and efficient workplace environment
Accountabilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism

About You

- Experience: No prior experience required for entry-level roles; 1-2 years of administrative experience is a plus
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese
