Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Cross-Department Oversight: Ensure seamless operations across all departments and offices, maintaining an integrated approach to firm-wide processes.
- →SOP Creation and Process Standardization: Develop, document, and implement scalable standard operating procedures that are regularly reviewed for efficacy.
- →Project Management: Own and execute critical initiatives end-to-end (not just oversee), ensuring delivery, accountability, and results.
- →System Implementation: Lead the implementation and expansion of tools and systems that drive operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enable scalable growth across the firm.
- →Efficiency and Cost Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and redundancies, and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve organizational effectiveness.
- →Internal and External Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for internal operations and vendor communications, preventing reliance on senior leadership for day-to-day coordination.
- →KPI Development: Collaborate with leadership to create meaningful KPIs and dashboards that align firm performance with strategic goals.
- →Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and refine processes to ensure continuous operational advancement and prevent stagnation.
- Operations Leadership: Proven experience in leading operations and building scalable systems across multiple departments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Services Experience: Experience in law, accounting, or other professional services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Project Execution: Demonstrated ability to plan and implement cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Spanish and English is required to support a diverse client base.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly tech-forward with experience implementing systems, automation, or AI-driven solutions to improve operations.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop KPIs and operational metrics that reflect broader business objectives.
- Adaptability: Strong capacity to navigate across different functional areas and offices without getting siloed.
- Location & Travel: This role is based in Coral Gables (Miami) and requires occasional quarterly travel to our Tampa and Orlando offices.
- Onsite Engagement: Thrives in an in-office role where collaboration and direct engagement with colleagues are integral to success. This role includes the flexibility of one work-from-home day each week.
