Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Build and implement advanced operational infrastructure to support projected growth and efficiency.
  • Financial Oversight: Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting visibility, and oversight of bookkeeping/CPA partnerships, helping build a more mature and accountable financial infrastructure.
  • KPI & Data Management: Implement comprehensive KPI tracking and accountability systems, ensuring data-driven insights propel growth.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies across operational workflows and communication channels.
  • Execution & Accountability: Lead initiatives with autonomy, ensuring seamless execution and fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving.
  • Technology Oversight: Modernize and optimize the technological stack to enhance firm operations and reporting capabilities.
  • People Management: Oversee HR functions, mentor staff, and make firm-wide personnel and vendor decisions to align with strategic goals.

  • High-Level Operations Experience: Proven track record of independently leading operations in a professional services setting.
  • Strong Financial Acumen: Expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and financial strategy essential for informed operational decisions.
  • Independent Decision-Making: Ability to recommend and implement solutions without needing continuous direction.
  • Executive-Level Judgment: Capable of thinking strategically, challenging assumptions thoughtfully, and bringing well-reasoned recommendations to firm leadership as a true strategic partner rather than functioning as a task executor.
  • Systems Scaling Mindset: Experience in building infrastructure to nurture growth and operational scalability.
  • Preferred Background: Experience in professional service operations, including medical, property management, or legal environments.
