As a Marketing Science Analyst, your curiosity never ends. The next question is always on your mind, helping you to understand how marketing science fits in the big picture of a project. You bring in 1 to 3 years of experience, owning marketing science deliverables across a broad range of initiatives, with a strong focus on in-market testing and evaluation. You understand the nature and purpose of the main Digital marketing channels, enjoy collaborating with others, and are able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Support the design and execution of Test & Learn programs, including hypothesis development, experimental design, test setup, and statistical evaluation of results.
- Assist in the ideation, development, and execution of measurement frameworks, including recommendations on experiment type (A/B/n, matched control, pre/post, geolocation, and incrementality studies).
- Translate complex test results into clear and actionable insights through storytelling and data visualization.
- Gather marketing data across paid and owned channels to analyze campaign performances, understand user behaviors, and report findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partner agencies to deliver cohesive, insight-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Occasionally support senior colleagues with analytics material for new business pitches and request for proposals.
- Build and maintain reusable analysis templates and code (SQL, R, or Python) to streamline and scale measurement.
- Top-notch communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing complex, fast-moving testing programs.
- Hands-on experience with common digital testing scenarios (e.g., creative tests, audience/targeting tests, budget allocation tests, or landing page tests) OR formal education including coursework in experimental design and statistical evaluation (e.g., identifying groups, controlling variables, calculating statistical significance).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and quantitative methods.
- Comfort working with imperfect, observational data and applying appropriate techniques for bias reduction to derive credible directional insights.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels (e.g.: Social, SEM, SEO, OLV, etc.) including how each one works and how they interact with one another.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects at the same time, proactively communicating needs, roadblocks, and statuses to the necessary people.
