Provide NetSuite consulting expertise using industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate even the most complex client requirements

Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions, both on-site and remote, with new and existing customers to determine configuration requirements

Assist with leading consulting engagements including but not limited to high level process analysis, process recommendations, and transactional flow analysis

Evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve customer requests — identify out-of-scope requests, present solutions, and set customer expectations

Perform or delegate data migration services including data cleansing, file manipulation, file mapping and other project-related data tasks

Deliver training and provide consulting services, both onsite and web-based, to our clients

Attend initial Business Requirements Documentation and lead specific process area

Maintain process diagrams, documents, and leading practices for NetSuite configuration

Work with customers to define user-acceptance-testing scenarios and ensure they are completing their testing through the implementation process

Guide customers through change management with polite and positive interactions

Achieve master level competency in the NetSuite core product

Assist sales team with product demonstrations for prospects

Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards

Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes

3–5+ years of professional services experience with a minimum of 2 years in business process analysis and solution design with emphasis on Accounting and Finance

Experience leading and/or participating in 5–10 multi-phased NetSuite ERP implementations or service engagements, including planning, delegation, status updates, functional and technical work, process flow discovery, design and mapping, training, testing, go-live support and project management

Performed project or team coordination including meeting scheduling and preparation

Experience in capturing critical meeting information, documentation organization and recap

Experience in effectively managing multiple schedules and tasks (calendar and task list management) and related expectations with teammates

Responsive to internal and external clients, able to provide a quick response time and ability to handle a dynamic environment that often requires multi-tasking

Experience in leading client-facing engagements, unsupervised, where there is value delivered to the client

Experience in working within the framework of a scope of work

Ability to develop and maintain team and client relationships

Must be based in the Philippines; this is a fully remote role

Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation

Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards

CPA qualification preferred, or actively working towards CPA designation

NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator or ERP Consultant Certification or equivalent experience preferred

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Advanced experience in Google Drive/Docs/Sheets/Slides
