As the Controls & Automation Architect, you will be the visionary lead for the "nervous system" of Crusoe’s hyperscale data centers. You will architect, design, and deploy the sophisticated BMS/EPMS and SCADA solutions that allow us to monitor and control our high-performance computing environments with surgical precision. This role is fundamental to Crusoe’s mission: by integrating HVAC, electrical, and monitoring infrastructure into a seamless, automated fabric, you ensure our AI-optimized cloud remains resilient, efficient, and scalable.

This leadership position demands a technical authority who can bridge the gap between heavy industrial hardware and modern software visualization. You won't just be managing systems; you will be defining the standards, frameworks, and design patterns that govern our global footprint. We are seeking a proactive builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging data-driven automation to reduce "alarm fatigue" and accelerate troubleshooting.
