About the Role
~1 min readCrusoe is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Manager to own the day-to-day technical execution of our mechanical engineering team. Reporting to the Sr. Engineering Manager, you will bridge the gap between strategic design direction and efficient project delivery, transforming complex customer requirements into production-ready 3D models and detailed drawings for modular buildings and power distribution equipment.
While primarily an execution and people leadership role focused on managing the engineering queue and reviewing mechanical deliverables, you must also be a capable and willing expert technical individual contributor. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, seasoned engineer who leads from the front, eagerly tackles advanced IC work when needed, removes team blockers, and takes ownership of quality from the first schematic to production release.
