About the Role
~1 min readAs a Principal Organizational Development Strategist, you will serve as a high-impact individual contributor driving the health, design, and effectiveness of Crusoe’s organization as we rapidly scale. This role is ideal for a senior OD practitioner who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and blends strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
Working as an internal consultant, you will independently diagnose organizational needs, challenge assumptions, and design interventions that improve team dynamics, strategic alignment, and leadership capabilities. Partnering closely with People Analytics, Talent Management, and executive leadership, you will turn data-driven insights into scalable solutions across our engineering, data center, manufacturing, and corporate teams. You will also develop and oversee Crusoe's enterprise coaching strategy.
