Production Associate - Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Assembler to join our team. The role of a Production Assembler requires a craftsman who utilizes various adhesives to efficiently and precisely assemble handmade components. Following assembly, the craftsman cleans and packs the completed item. While the daily routine is generally consistent, each task differs as every job is custom-made.

Job Purpose:
Produce and assemble products that “turn emotions into memories” for Crystal D customers, as measured by meeting or exceeding Crystal-D’s current production standards
 

Responsibilities:

• Follow work orders and procedures to meet customer expectations

• Analyze schedules and support efficient workflow

• Handle products and equipment safely; follow maintenance and safety protocols

• Track production/shipping milestones and maintain accurate system updates

• Complete tasks on time with high attention to detail and quality

• Adapt to changes and support other areas through cross-training

• Communicate effectively with team and management

• Apply lean principles (5S, visual management) to improve productivity and organization

• Proactively assist where needed and learn from mistakes

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ year of experience in an assembly or production role

• Reliable transportation required

• Basic math skills and ability to meet production standards

• Able to read and write in English; follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong common sense and ability to follow detailed directions

Work Schedule
The hours of work will fluctuate based on the needs of the business and the needs of our customers. Occasionally, this position will require work hours beyond the normal workday based on the demands of the position.

Typical working hours will be from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Salary: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience
