This position is part of the Maintenance Team and works closely with both the Maintenance Department and the Production Team. The work environment is not part of the cold production area, however, all required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn. This position does not qualify for Red Vector training.

Perform physically demanding work in a production environment.
Operate plate-sharpening machinery.
Sharpen and finish machine plates and knife tooling.
Track grinding plate and knife inventory.
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
Inspect plates and knives to verify dimensional tolerances.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleanup.
Follow all safety procedures and production requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
