Technical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer with proven experience in infrastructure project tender submissions and Temporary Traffic Diversion (TTD) planning in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in preparing high-quality technical proposals for infrastructure tenders and ensuring compliance with local authority requirements for traffic diversions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review technical submissions for infrastructure project tenders (roads, utilities, bridges, etc.). Coordinate with design, planning, and construction teams to compile required tender documents. Prepare detailed Temporary Traffic Diversion (TTD) plans in line with RTA and Dubai Municipality guidelines. Liaise with relevant authorities for approvals and NOCs. Ensure all technical documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Provide technical support during the pre-contract and post-contract stages. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure tendering, with at least 3 years in Dubai. Strong knowledge of Dubai TTD procedures, RTA regulations, and authority approval processes. Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office; experience with BIM is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
