Location: Hybrid - Cottonwood Heights, Utah

Schedule: 2-3 days a week (16-24/hour a week)

Find and vet influencers and UGC creators on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms

Manage creator pipelines, content calendars, and product gifting/seeding lists

Assist with campaign execution from briefing through delivery and reporting

Support occasional paid social campaigns alongside organic efforts

Review creator content for FTC compliance, including proper disclosures and sponsored tags

Monitor social media channels, respond to community interactions, and contribute to light content creation

Basic knowledge of social media trends and platforms

Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator platforms

Strong interest in the creator economy and social commerce

Eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative on tasks

Meaningful Work: You will contribute directly to campaigns that reach real audiences — your work will be visible across Backcountry's social channels and creator partnerships.

Training & Development: Build practical skills in influencer marketing, social commerce, and campaign operations with hands-on mentorship from your manager and team.
