→Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, ICT, Systems, or Mechanical Engineering.
→Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable experience in techno-commercial tendering, bid preparation, and cost build-up for large-scale engineering/infrastructure projects.
→Technical Domain: Strong working knowledge in at least two of the following: Master Systems Integration (MSI), ELV, BMS/SCADA, ICT/Enterprise Networks, or Testing & Commissioning.
→Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English, with proven ability to author executive-ready technical narratives.
→Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (advanced modeling/pricing formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.

Direct project experience within Data Centers, Airports/Aviation, or Mission-Critical Facilities.
Familiarity with planning and estimation tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project) and drawing review software (Bluebeam, Visio).
Working knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract.
Experience utilizing proposal automation platforms, structured knowledge repositories, or AI workflows in bid engineering.
