Warehouse Specialist

CSI is looking for a Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, tubing handling, and maintaining an organized and clean warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, initiative, teamwork, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

• →Receive, document, and put away materials, including lot-tracked material, while verifying part numbers, quantities, and system receipts
• →Pick, pack, and ship inventory, warehouse transfers, and Site Services materials accurately and securely
• →Process UPS/FedEx manifests, international shipments, truck shipments, deliveries, and freight pickups
• →Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, staging-area reviews, discrepancy investigations, location changes, indexing, and inventory-weight updates
• →Unload, stage, receive, package, secure, and deliver tubing orders while coordinating freight for on-time delivery
• →Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, including shelves, pallets, cardboard recycling, trash, break-room cleaning, and supply requisitions
• →Follow company policies, procedures, safety expectations, and applicable laws while supporting other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Ability to obtain forklift certification, required
• Must have or be able to obtain a chauffeur’s license to drive delivery truck

• Computer knowledge, required
• Epicor E10 software, preferred
• 2 years of warehouse experience, preferred

This is an on-site, hands-on role in a manufacturing environment.

• Frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the shift
• Lifting and moving materials up to 75 lbs (with assistance)
• Use of close, distance, and peripheral vision with strong attention to detail
• Exposure to typical grinding and polishing conditions (noise, dust, etc.)
• Required use of PPE including gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots
